Cognitive Discordance Records is proud to announce their second release. A band unique during its time, leaving the footprints of modern Costa Rican Doom/Sludge.
Going back as far as 2011, The Tovver is a Sludge/Doom/Post-Metal band from San José. Releasing four demos in 2012, they decide to record their first full length during 2013 and 2014. What came out was mixture of bleak riffs, slow and aggressive passages, horrific rawness, and uncomfortable samples, casting a shadow of depression to the listener.
Now, being released for the first time in physical format since its debut in 2014, the Costa Rican Sludge pioneers return with their self-titled release in conspiracy with Cognitive Discordance Records.
